Dr. Phebe X. Gray, Ph.D. is an educator, inventor, and innovator shaping the future of leadership and human capital development. With leadership experience across government, academia, and public education, she combines global strategy with moral vision to design next-generation systems of growth.

An Executive MBA candidate at New York University's Stern School of Business, Dr. Gray also holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her career includes service as Language and Culture Training Supervisor at the U.S. Department of State, where she directed programs for American diplomats, and as a tenured professor at Lee University, where she built pioneering interdisciplinary programs.

As the inventor and trademark holder of the iSelf Leadership Ecosystem™, Dr. Gray created the world's first HR-level ESG leadership framework, a patent-pending Human-AI system ensuring universal access, privacy, and equity. She envisions leadership as a human right, essential to both individual growth and global sustainability.
