Founding Fellows Cohort 2026
Leadership is not a position. Leadership is a human capacity.
Leadership literacy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background, profession, or educational pathway.
Leadership Literacy
Just as literacy empowers people to read and write, leadership literacy empowers people to navigate uncertainty, build meaningful relationships, solve problems, and contribute positively to society.
The Initiative cultivates thoughtful, ethical, and service-oriented leaders who understand that leadership can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, every day.
Designed for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, tradespeople, community leaders, and nontraditional pathways.
Fellows examine who they are, how they grow, and what kind of impact they hope to create.
The program centers leadership as a daily practice of contribution, courage, and connection.
